Michelin and Gault Millau profile exceptional gourmet establishments in their annual restaurant guides. This year, Villa Merton and its head chef Matthias Schneider were awarded a second star. And the numerous one-star restaurants already recognised in Frankfurt have been joined by two newcomers.
