The German television station ZDF will be broadcasting from the Baltic island of Usedom during the 2012 European Football Championship in June. There is a large spectator arena right on the beach in the resort of Heringsdorf, where all the games will be shown live on a giant screen. Fan parks and football-related events can also be found in Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck.
