This popular equestrian event, hosted by Carl Graf von Hardenberg, is taking place from 10 to 13 May 2012 at the foot of the historical Hardenberg Castle ruins, north of Göttingen, and sees the world's show jumping elite competing for the Golden Whip. The tournament takes place at the same time as the Hardenberg Klassika, a garden design and lifestyle festival held in the grounds of the Hardenberg estate.
