A fantastic culinary experience awaits visitors to the Hohenlohe open-air museum in Schwäbisch Hall-Wackershofen. At the Cheese Market of Southern Germany on 12 and 13 May 2012, small dairies from Germany and abroad will be showcasing their finest artisan cheeses. Other regional specialities will also be on offer, such as fine wines from the Württemberg wine region.
