World Heritage in Germany

The UNESCO Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2012. To mark the occasion, the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin is presenting an exhibition on 'World Heritage in Germany', highlighting the beauty and diversity of the country's 36 World Heritage sites. The exhibition, which runs until 13 April 2012, shows Germany's world heritage from different perspectives and includes photographs, large panoramic pictures and satellite images. Also among the exhibits are miniature versions of Cologne Cathedral and the Roman baths in Trier.
