On 29 April 2012, the tourism association for the Liebliches Taubertal (Charming Tauber Valley) is putting on a special steam train to Bamberg, where visitors can take a guided tour of this town famous for its cathedral and its beer. One of the main attractions is the old quarter, which has been awarded World Heritage status by UNESCO.

On the route from the Tauber Valley to Bamberg, visitors can board the train at various stops including Tauberbischofsheim, Lauda, Würzburg, Rottendorf and Schweinfurt.
