There is a special experience in store for visitors to Ringelai near Passau in the Bavarian Forest. Germany's only 'Christkindl pilgrimage' is taking place here on the third weekend in Advent. Hundreds of years ago, pilgrims would make their way to the holy image of the 'Baby Jesus of Ringolay' to ask for help with their troubles and woes. A wonderful tradition that is still celebrated today.
