From 16 December 2012 to 14 April 2013 the Coburg Fortress Art Collections are devoting an exhibition to the works of artist Ferdinand Lepcke entitled 'Female nudes and the physical ideal'. Lepcke, who was born in Coburg near Bamberg, is considered a master in recreating the beauty of the female form and his works are admired by a wide audience.
