From 28 April to 1 May 2012, Germany's top kitesurfers will be celebrating the start of the German Championships, being held for the first time in the Baltic seaside resort of Damp. Visitors can look forward to some thrilling competitions in the freestyle and race disciplines, followed by a big beach party. Aside from the championships, there is also lots going on – in, on and beside the water.
