Wineries, wine cellars, courtyards, taverns and restaurants in the Rheingau region are taking part in the ten-day 'Schlemmerwochen' festival from 27 April to 6 May 2012. During the event, over 120 wine-growers and restaurateurs will be inviting visitors to sample specialities from the Rheingau region, and presenting the new 2011 vintage to the public for the first time. As well as regional food and drink, there will be music and dancing.
