Waves, water slides, tropical ambience and perfect swimming weather regardless of the season – Germany's leisure pools are worth a visit at any time of year.

Therme Erding, the world's largest spa, for example, features around 20 water slides, 26 saunas and several hotels, as well as all kinds of wellness facilities. From special effects to snow

Splashtastic fun is guaranteed at Aqualand in Cologne, where a whole host of exciting slides featuring special effects are waiting to be discovered. Afterwards, you can unwind in one of the ten saunas, the Turkish bath or the artificial ice cave. The Schwapp water park in Fürstenwalde, Brandenburg, even has a snow room and a natural swimming pool.
