The Augsburg Christmas market is formally opened with the traditional Augsburg Angels Play on the town hall balcony, and you can watch the music-playing angels at 7pm every Friday to Sunday. Other highlights are the transformation of the town hall into a giant Advent calendar, the Augsburg fairytale trail and late-night Christmas shopping (10am-11pm).
