The Kunstsammlung NRW gallery in Düsseldorf has long been highly respected within the international museum scene because of its outstanding exhibits.
Featuring major works by Picasso, Matisse and Mondrian as well as some 100 drawings and paintings by Paul Klee, the permanent collection gives a unique insight into the classical modern movement. The museum also boasts a stock of American post-war artworks, including pieces by Mark Rothko, Franz Kline, Robert Rauschenberg, Jasper Johns and Andy Warhol.
