The annual Green Sauce Festival in Frankfurt am Main runs until 12 May 2012 on Rossmarkt square. A culinary extravaganza in honour of Frankfurt's signature sauce, it sees top chefs from the region conjure up their delicious creations at an evening show to be tasted and rated by festival-goers. Acclaimed artists feature in the evening programme of entertainment.
