Tripsdrill Adventure Park, located in Cleebronn between Stuttgart and Heilbronn, is one of Germany's oldest theme parks. Renowned for its child-friendly credentials, it occupies a 77-hectare site with over 100 attractions, animal enclosures and museums.
Tripsdrill Adventure Park is the place to go for fun and adventure! There are so many quirky attractions, you are simply spoilt for choice. As soon as you step inside the park, you'll find yourself in the middle of the old village street with its quaint half-timbered houses. From there, you can take a chairlift ride on the maypole. As you're flying high enjoying fantastic views of the park, here are a few pointers: next to the valley of mills is the double thunderbox, which swings 15 metres above the treetops before tipping forward and plummeting in free fall. Harmless by comparison is the splashtastic boat ride for seafarers, where kids steer wooden barges across Mühlensee lake, spraying others with water as they go. Next up is the mill stream ride, a wildwater downhill adventure especially for younger children. There's nothing quite like leading the field in the interactive soapbox race, or riding the high-octane G'sengte Sau rollercoaster! And that's not all: why not enjoy a wild washtub rafting ride or a bathtub ride to the fountain of youth? At Tripsdrill, the whole family will have fun from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave!
Brand-new at Tripsdrill Adventure Park: a complex of medieval-style houses and towers offers all kinds of fun-packed activities spread over three levels. Inside, there are climbing nets, slides, rope bridges, various games involving soft balls and much more besides – great fun for all ages! The floor is covered by probably the largest game of Ludo in the world. At Tripsdrill's nearly 50-hectare wildlife park, there are around 40 species of animals – from bears to birds of prey – as well as a woodland discovery trail, a barefoot trail and an adventure playground. The regular events are great fun too, such as the colourful Easter 'eggstravaganza' (where you'll find everything you need for Easter), the festival of mills, the harvest festival and the Animal Christmas. And one last thing: what could be nicer than staying overnight in the midst of nature? Just outside the wildlife park, surrounded by the flora and fauna of the forest, Tripsdrill Nature Resort offers lovely accommodation for counting sheep! There are 20 cosy shepherd wagons and five comfortable treehouses available.
