Traditional Franconian cuisine as well as wines from the vineyards of Franconia await visitors at the Food and Wine Festival held on the Nordheim 'wine island', a picturesque loop in the river Main. From 7 to 9 September 2012 mouthwatering fare and excellent, locally made wines can be enjoyed in the beautifully decorated wine marquee.
