Plohn Theme Park is popular with visitors looking for adventure, romance, fairytale worlds and extreme thrills.

With more than 250,000 visitors every year, Plohn Theme Park in Lengenfeld in the Vogtland region is one of the most popular of its kind in eastern Germany. It has been steadily expanding for more than eleven years and now has more than 70 different attractions. The themed areas range from Western City to Dinoland, from Fairytale Forest to Nature Park, and from Japanese Garden to numerous high-octane rides. Plohn Theme Park surprises visitors every season with a new attraction. This year it is El Toro, the highest and fastest wooden rollercoaster in eastern Germany. It is 28m high, covers a distance of 725 metres and has a top speed of 75km/h. Visitors who have come a long way can stay at the traditional 'hay hotel', one of the individually furnished holiday apartments or a guesthouse with fairytale-themed rooms. Nearly every attraction at Plohn is open to even the youngest visitors. The park mascot Plohni is also sure to put a smile on every child's face.
