Must Sees in Warnemünde

Warnemünde

Warnemünde, a cozy little town just next to Rostock is always worth a day trip for some sea breeze and a fish sandwich while sitting by the lighthouse. A total #mustsee at the #balticsea! #youth #youthhotspotsgermany #hotspots #germanytravel #warnemuende

Surfing in Germany

Yes, surfing is actually possible in Germany. Every two hours, a passing ferry creates waves large enough to surf, which lasts around five to ten minutes. This means that you get two hours to practice on calm waters or relax on the white-sand beach until it's time to catch some waves again.

The incredibly friendly company Supreme Surf offers lessons and board rentals for Surfing, Stand-Up-Paddleboarding, and Kite-Surfing.

Beachday in Warnemünde

A day spent at the beach is a day spent wisely. Living in Rostock means living at a place where others go for vacation. Why? Cause we have the beach pretty much right around the corner. That's why me and some friends decided to go to the beach the other day and have a great time. We had a fun trip there with some Deutsche Bahn bikes, were swimming, beach balling and playing cards. It is so easy to get there and you can never go wrong going to the beach I guess. The one in Warnemünde is kind of crowed at summer times but I still love it.

See more pictures on the blog and get carried away.
