Museum der Brotkultur

Ulm

Bread is not just bread!!!

I love the house where the museum located. It is too normal to tell people the story of bread, what is it comes from, how it tastes, etc. But the museum make it a new angle to introduce the problem of hunger at last. You could see different works from the famous artists which are focus on bread and food, the chart of how many people suffered from hunger in the world. Don't miss the last part of the audio guide, that is a interview with the founder, which makes you thinking deep. The art work in the pic is made by Dali.#joingermantradition#foodanddrink#Ulm

768 Steps Up, 768 Steps Down!!!

I had no idea about this great church when I was seeing around the old town, wearing the flip-flops. Then I made a decision to climb to the tower, even did not know that is 768 steps!!!!! But the view from the terrace was so amazing, different kind of the houses, roofs, the Donau River went through the city......It said you could even see the Apls in the sunny day!!! It was very old in the highest point, but just could not stop taking photos and videos there. My camera was soon out of battery and mobile phone kept on shooting~~~#joingermantradition#livingtraditions

This HotSpot is:
“High up. You can climb the 786 steps up the main steeple; the view from the top is stunning. The church itself is worth visiting too.”
