MR Congress & Incentive GmbH was founded in 1993 as an incoming agency by Mareen Rühmkorf. Today, its 24 employees from Germany, France, Italy and Spain are qualified, professional experts from the congress, hotel, events and communications sector. As a special service, MR Congress now offers its own inhouse design and photography department. We can tailor each event to your individual requirements – from a small meeting to an international congress with more than 1,000 participants. We offer a complete one-stop service, both in Germany and worldwide, from meetings and incentive activities to congresses and other events. Through our many years of experience in destination management, we have built up a well-established network of hotels, venues and service providers in Berlin and throughout Germany. For us, your ideas, expectations and wishes are key, the very basis of our core philosophy of providing a complete service at all stages of your event. Our approach is focused on providing comprehensive customer support during every phase of the consultancy, planning, organisation and implementation process. As a destination management company (DMC), we operate not only in Berlin, but also throughout the whole of Germany. But we do not solely work on a domestic level; about one third of our events are staged internationally, from medical congresses to creative incentive activities.
