The Vogtland region is on the border between Germany and the western part of the Czech Republic and extends across the three German states of Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringia. The region is a popular travel destination, particularly in the winter months. There is even more reason to visit on 14 and 15 February, when the FIS Team Tour Ski Jumping World Cup is taking place at the Vogtland Arena in Klingenthal.
