Ueckermünde – the zoo on Szczecin Bay

Ueckermünde Zoo has almost 400 animals living an area of 180,000 square metres. Some of the enclosures have walk-through access, such as monkey world with its placid Barbary macaques, the savannah with ring-tailed lemurs, the Hirschgarten with European mouflon and fallow deer, and the animal petting area with pygmy goats. Children will also love the many learning stations and extensive play areas.
