Pay a visit to Heidelberg and you can enjoy the music of spring until 29 April 2012, as the university town hosts Heidelberger Frühling (Heidelberg Spring), a music festival with a truly international line-up. The thematic focus is 'Metamorphoses', which alludes to how a piece of music is composed and 'transformed', from the changes, adaptations and variations through to the finished work.
