A local, sustainable festival with international appeal – that is the Altonale arts festival in Hamburg. Until 17 June 2012 it offers culturally minded visitors a great mix of art, literature, theatre, music and film. The event venues – which include buses, balconies and ferries – are centrally located in the Hamburg district of Altona.
