Let the harmonising effects of yoga and the healing powers of nature pamper your body and soul. Bad Meinberg’s sulphur mud is extracted locally and used in the therapies offered.
Yoga exercises and mud treatments combine physical activity with relaxation. They will reduce tension, boost the immune system, give you new vitality, and have a stimulating as well as relaxing effect on your whole body.
