EuroSpeedway Lausitz

From lignite mine to racetrack: at the end of the 1990s, a former open-cast mine was transformed into EuroSpeedway Lausitz, Germany's newest race course.

Opened in 2000, the circuit is considered to be one of the world's largest and most modern motor sports and event venues, offering a total of seven different track variations. Situated just 120km south of Berlin, the EuroSpeedway is the ideal destination for any racing enthusiast. From the Touring Car Masters and the Motorcycle Grand Prix to classic car races – you are always right on track for high-calibre racing. Besides cheering on the drivers at major motor sport events you can also get behind the wheel of a real Formula One race car and try your hand at finding the racing line in the various corners around the track. Or how about the challenge of driving a Fun Cup touring car for yourself? Would you like to experience a spectacular ride in the passenger seat of a touring car, Porsche 911 GT3, Ferrari 430 Challenge or Mercedes AMG 'race taxi'? Here, everything is possible. The 'Speed Days', when you can take your own road-legal vehicle on the 4.5km Grand Prix circuit, are particularly popular. During the Lausitz Bladenight events, fans of roller skating, inline skating and cycling can enjoy a few laps of the Grand Prix track on their own wheels.
