Europa-Park, which is set in a delightful and culturally rich region near the borders of Germany, France and Switzerland – easily accessible from Basle, Strasbourg and Freiburg – is the largest seasonal theme park in the world. Fun and events all year round
Plenty of events promise diversified entertainment all year round. The Oktoberfest and the “SWR3 Halloween-Party” on 31 October offer plenty of entertainment for all party fans. On top of that European themed festivals take the guests to a number of European countries, such as Holland, Spain and Russia.

Sweet dreams…
After an adventurous day the five themed Europa-Park hotels promise sweet dreams in a Mediterranean atmosphere. The 4-star superior hotels “Bell Rock", "Colosseo” and “Santa Isabel” as well as the 4-star hotels “El Andaluz” and “Castillo Alcazar” offer unique flair. Adventurous guests will love the Camp Resort with its authentic tepees, themed log-cabins and covered wagons.

Barrier-free Travel

Admission prices
People in wheelchairs and the visually impaired have free admission to Europa-Park. Accompanying persons have reduced admission on presentation of a handicapped ID labelled “B” (accompanying person required).

Attractions and shows
Special free maps for the handicapped are available at the main entrance and all information offices in the park. Most attractions and shows have wheelchair access. With the exception of the EP-Express, it is necessary to get out of the wheelchair for the ride attractions. For safety reasons (regulations of the German Technical Inspection Authority, TÜV) handicapped persons are not allowed to use some of the attractions. All of the shows have designated areas for wheelchair users.

Parking
Designated spaces for handicapped parking can be found at the front of the visitors’ car park. Cars displaying a handicapped pass can park free of charge.

Sanitary facilities
There are special toilets for handicapped persons at the main entrance, in German Alley, and in the Italian, French, Greek, Russian, Scandinavian, Spanish and Austrian themed areas.

Wheelchair loan service
A limited number of free wheelchairs are available on loan for the duration of your visit at the main entrance. An ID must be submitted as a deposit. For further information: www.europapark.de

Opening hours summer 2014 and winter season 2014/15
Europa-Park opens during summer from 5th April to 2nd November from 9 am to 6 pm (extended opening hours during peak season) and during winter from 22th November 2014 to 11th January 2015 from 11 am to 7 pm.
