Board game fans of all ages can indulge in their passion from 1 to 29 February 2012 during the Saxon Switzerland Spielewochen. Throughout the festival, various events are taking place across the region, which owes its Switzerland epithet to the Elbe sandstone mountains. It's a great opportunity to get together with friends and try out wooden board games, dice games, family games and strategy games. Hohnstein Castle, Königstein Fortress and the Saxon Switzerland National Park are among the popular holiday destinations participating in the event.
