Mainz Congress Centre and its three outstanding venues are situated in the heart of Europe: just 20 minutes from Frankfurt international airport and right in the city centre on the banks of the Rhine.
Whether you opt for the modern Rheingoldhalle, the stylish and historical Electoral Palace or the Frankfurter Hof in the centre of Mainz's old quarter, we can guarantee the perfect backdrop for your event.
The Rheingoldhalle has 15 rooms offering the highest level of flexibility and more than 7,000m² of space for barrier-free events. The venue is located in the city centre and has direct access to the newly renovated Mainz Hilton Hotel which has a total of 431 rooms and suites. Built in the 17th century, the Electoral Palace is a member of the Historic Conference Centres of Europe, and offers an exclusive and extraordinary setting for any event. Last, but by no means least, the Frankfurter Hof dazzles its visitors with its clear lines, light-filled foyer and gallery. We will gladly handle the organisation of your event – from registering participants, providing technical equipment and making hotel bookings through to the complete organisation of exhibitions.
Sustainability at Mainz Congress Centre
The team at Mainz Congress Centre is committed to dealing with resources and people in and around the venue in a sustainable manner – in terms of being economical, eco-friendly and socially responsible. Multiple awards from the ECO PROFIT and Green Globe environmental programmes demonstrate Mainz Congress Centre's commitment to the environment and to future generations. Following the Green Meetings and Events trade conference in 2011 and the development of its own 'greenplus' conference package, it is also able to provide comprehensive advice about green meetings.
