Munich is most famous for the Oktoberfest, but there are many more festivals in the city that are great fun for visitors of all ages – this includes the Auer Dult, which takes place three times a year in the Munich district of Au. The first after the winter break is the May Dult (ends 6 May 2012), which celebrates the start of spring and the new Dult festival season.
