Steinwasen Park – a magical park for all the family in the Black Forest

    Located in the heart of the Black Forest, Steinwasen Park has a variety of attractions for the whole family: 30 animal species in purpose-built enclosures, numerous lakes and the longest adventure rope bridge in the world (218 metres), as well as thrilling rides such as a rollercoaster, a bobsled run and a chairlift up to the start of the two 800m long toboggan runs.

    In a glorious setting surrounded by the highest peaks of the Black Forest, the park offers a host of fun, activities and entertainment. Steinwasen Park also has plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind, with spectacular views of the Black Forest mountains, more than 30 animal species in purpose-built enclosures, many young animals, a small animal petting area and numerous lakes. At 218 metres long, the park's adventure rope bridge has made it into the Guinness Book of Records as the longest in the world. Other entertaining attractions include the Black Forest museum/railway, a cinema with a film that takes you on a journey through the archetypal landscape of Southern Germany, a 3D simulator, fairytale room and children's cinema. White-knuckle rides such as the rollercoaster and bobsled run will simply take your breath away. One of the most popular highlights is the chairlift which takes you up to the start of the two 800m long toboggan runs for the downhill ride of your life.
