On World Fish Roll Day, stalls and kiosks will be offering delicious fish rolls in all their many varieties along the length of the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein from Lübeck to the Danish border. This popular event is accompanied by a programme of entertainment ranging from a fish roll contest to a themed activity day. Besides fish rolls, visitors can of course look forward to many other culinary delights from Schleswig-Holstein.
