Martin Luther 2017: 500 år med reformasjon. På leting etter spor.

Et tiår for et halvt årtusen: I Luther-tiåret 2008–2017 minnes tesene i Wittenberg – med utstillinger, festivaler og konserter i hele Tyskland.

500 år er gått siden Martin Luther slo opp sine 95 teser på døren til slottskirken i Wittenberg. Ikke historisk bevist men likevel en hendelse som likevel forandret verden – og et stort jubileum som i 2017 ikke bare kommer til å bli feiret i Luther-byene Wittenberg og Eisleben. Martin Luther, munk, professor og reformator, står som midtpunkt for et helt tiår: Tyskland feirer en av sine største sønner.
