The Middle Rhine Valley with its vineyards, castles and palaces has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2002. In this amazing landscape, young winegrowers with fresh ideas and lots of passion, such as those of the Gipfelstürmer initiative, produce highly acclaimed wines. On 17 June 2012 the focus is on wine, food and culture, as the Philipps-Mühle winery presents excellent wines, great food, jazz and art. Guided walks through the steep vineyards are also available.
