Easter handicrafts are on sale at the 17th Rheingau Easter Egg Market, held in the dormitory of the former Cistercian abbey in Eberbach in the scenic Rheingau region. On 3 and 4 March 2012, over 70 exhibitors from around ten countries present all kinds of Easter wares, from very traditional items to modern ornamental eggs. There is also a painting workshop to entertain the little ones. If you visit the exhibition, it is well worth taking a tour of the abbey too. A wonderful experience for all the family.
