On 25 November 2012 Stuttgart is hosting an event for connoisseurs entitled Best Wines of Stuttgart. In the exclusive setting of the Haus der Wirtschaft, wine-growers from the Remstal-Stuttgart vineyards will be offering their finest wines for tasting. The Württemberg wine region is one of the biggest wine-making regions in Germany and is particularly well known for its red wines.
