The International Kite Festival in Norddeich, Lower Saxony, is one of the oldest in Germany and takes place from 17 to 20 May 2012. Around 40 professional kite flyers from Germany and other countries will be demonstrating their skills here. The supporting entertainment programme includes kite-flying displays, an illuminated night-time show and a children's disco. Kite festivals on the North Sea coast are always great fun for the whole family.
