Welcome Destination Travel Management GmbH was founded in 1969 as the first incentive travel agency in Munich.

Since then, we have organised a number of large and also smaller programmes and events, to which we have shown the same level of dedication, for various multinational companies – primarily from the pharmaceutical, insurance and automotive sectors. The dedicated staff at WDTM know Munich and Bavaria like the back of their hands and are also familiar with the rest of Germany, including Berlin.

Instead of ready-made, generic packages for all customers, we strive to take the special requirements of each particular group into consideration and put together a tailor-made programme to suit each one.
