The 2012 International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) presents the latest trends from the confectionery sector and is taking place from 29 January to 1 February in Cologne. Describing itself as the world's largest confectionery trade fair, the ISM is a showcase for the ideas and products of 1,412 companies from 65 countries. The 42nd ISM is proof positive that Germany is a major venue for trade fairs.
