The largest cold-water geyser in the world can be found in the Namedyer Werth conservation area on the fringes of the Eifel hills, reports Spiegel Online. Located in the small town of Andernach on the Rhine, the fountains of water erupt to heights of up to 60m and are in part a side effect of the volcanic activity in the Eifel region.
