Anyone with a love of music will find plenty to enjoy in Dresden, Saxony's regional capital, until 3 June 2012. This year's Dresden Music Festival has 'Heart of Europe' as its theme, and explores the influence of the Royal House of Saxony on the Habsburg monarchy. The result is a creative mix of Hungarian and Bohemian folk music and the royal music of the era.
