Between 20 and 22 July 2012 thousands of gays and lesbians will be celebrating Christopher Street Day in the centre of Frankfurt. The city is transformed into one big party featuring diverse music and entertainment and a colourful street parade. Christopher Street Day, which calls for greater respect for the gay community, is also celebrated in Cologne, Munich and Berlin.
