A master of simplicity, Head Chef Hans Haas has also significantly shaped Tantris' hallmark style over the last 20 years. His culinary creations are the perfect counterpart to the magical atmosphere of this iconic restaurant. With the restaurant almost always fully booked for both lunch and dinner, Hans Haas' kitchen team produces remarkable cuisine with exceptional quality. In pursuit of his "art of omission", Haas focuses on very pared-down classic produce-based cuisine with intense flavours and no added flourishes.
