And for those who want to end the day with an exquisite drink or a glass of regional wine, the lobby bar offers the ideal atmosphere.
Bathing and wellness enthusiasts who rest their heads in the Hotel an der Therme can quickly and easily enjoy the adjacent Toskana Therme: via the bathrobe corridor that connects the hotel with the thermal bath, the way is not far - and can be covered quite comfortably in your bathing suits.

Some information on accessibility are listed below. Detailed information can be found in the test report.

  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 600 cm).
  • The path from the parking lot to the side entrance is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 5% over a distance of 10 m.
  • The path between main and side entrance has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 7% over a distance of 6 m.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via the main entrance and the side entrance.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are accessible steplessly or via an elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 107 cm x 120 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • All evaluated doors/passages that can be used by the guest are at least 83 cm wide. Exception: the doors in room 301 are less than 80 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 77 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while sitting.
  • In the restaurant "Felix" and in the lobby bar there are no wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • Aids offered: wheelchair, rollator, toilet seat elevation 

Room 117 (double room/1st floor)

  • There is another identical room (room 225).
  • The room door is 100 cm wide.
  • The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
    in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. cupboard) at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    200 cm x 163 cm to the left of the bed; 100 cm x 163 cm to the right of the bed.
  • The bed is 52 cm high.
  • The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  • in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    left of the toilet 150 cm x 72 cm and right of the toilet 40 cm x 72 cm.
  • Folding handles can be attached to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible (height adjustable).
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The maneuvering spaces in the shower is 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are grab handles in the shower.
  • There is an alarm trigger.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

  • The door is 90 cm wide.
  • The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 145 cm x 145 cm;
    left of the toilet 53 cm x 70 cm, right of the toilet 120 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are handles which can be folded up on the left and right of the toilet.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible.
  • The mirror can be seen when standing or sitting.
  • There is an alarm trigger.

  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
  • In the restaurant "Felix" and in the lobby bar there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting. There are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. sitting corner, separate room).
  • In roms 117 and 225 (double room) and room 301 (family room) is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking at the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal, which can be perceived in all rooms.
  • WiFi is offered.
