The name says it all: the diners sit at the same table at The Table Kevin Fehling gourmet restaurant. This long curving wooden table winds its way through a modern restaurant featuring exposed concrete decor. As well as allowing diners to very easily engage in conversation – they can also watch the Head Chef and his team at work preparing the multi-course menu in the open kitchen.
Reflecting the city of Hamburg's tradition as a gateway to the world, Head Chef Kevin Fehling has no hesitation in using exotic ingredients in his creations. His restaurant's location in the new HafenCity district directly on Europe's second-biggest port is therefore surely no coincidence. Fragrances from distant lands blending with classic recipes and abundant creativity – these are the hallmarks of both the cuisine and the restaurant's surroundings.
