There's so much waiting to be discovered over at the Eifel National Park on the Belgian border in western Germany. Explore dense forests, trickling streams, open spaces and pristine nature. What a fantastic way to experience the park in all its glorious diversity! More remote footpaths will lead you past forests and streams to points where you can take in spectacular views. If you like to mix things up with a glance upwards for a change, the observatory is the perfect place to admire the natural wonders in the night's sky. Constellations, star formations and the Milky Way can all be seen clearly here with the naked eye.
The national park is almost fully accessible, meaning that people with disabilities can still enjoy the experience to the max.

Getting there
Travel to the Eifel National Park in true comfort by hopping on our trains via Cologne and Trier, where you'll need to change and head to Kall.

Travel for free in the local area with a visitor card
Participating accommodation providers will give you a visitor card, which you can use to explore the Eifel National Park and the local area by bus and train at no added cost. If you order your visitor card nice and early, it'll be sent out in advance so you can use it to travel to your accommodation. Your visitor card will also give you money off visits to selected attractions and destinations.
