The theme worlds bear impressive names such as Valley of the Pharaohs, Beach of the Gods, Land of the Counts, Island of the Knights, Coast of the Explorers and Prairie of the Indians. From butterflies in your stomach on the family rollercoaster and splashtastic fun on the water rides to the numerous hands-on activities for budding explorers – you can experience it all at BELANTIS. Fearless guests can look forward to a thrilling wildwater ride through Europe's largest pyramid. The HURACAN rollercoaster in the Kingdom of the Sun Temple loops the loop no fewer than five times and is a must for thrill-seekers. One of the world's ten steepest rollercoasters, it climbs 32 metres before dropping into free-fall. Other highlights include Poseidon's Fleet, where at times you get to steer the boats, and the Flight of the Gods, where you control the wings of your plane and decide if you want to spin. BELANTIS is the only theme park in the world where you can get your Segway driving licence. It also boasts the only offroad quad course at a theme park and Europe's only tilt tower (a cross between a ride and a boat swing). For small children BELANTIS offers plenty of room for experimentation and learning: budding racing drivers can compete against others in the desert rally or enjoy an altogether wetter experience on the Plantscha Boats!
