- A parking space belongs to the apartment. The surface quality of the car park is easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 5 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
- The building is infinitely accessible via the entrance and a ramp. The ramp has a maximum gradient of 5 % and a total length of 1,52 m.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are infinitely accessible at ground level.
- Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide. Exception: Sauna with 71 cm, sanitary room with shower/WC with 70 cm, bedroom for children with 70 cm door width
- The dining table is not wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
- The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
Bedroom 1 (double room, ground floor)
- The narrowest passageway in the bedroom is 97 cm wide.
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 97 cm x 270 cm;
left of the bed 49 cm x 227 cm; right of the bed 97 cm x 220 cm. - The bed can be driven under.
- The bed is 56 cm high.
Bedroom 2 (double room, ground floor)
- The narrowest passageway in the bedroom is 89 cm wide.
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 110 cm x 116 cm;
left of the bed 80 cm x 270 cm; right of the bed 50 cm x 270 cm. - The bed can be driven under.
- The bed is 56 cm high.
Bedroom for kids (multi-bedroom, ground floor)
- The room door is 70 cm wide.
- The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and left and right of the bed are 143 cm x 340 cm.
- The bed can be driven under.
- The bed is 43 cm high.
Bathroom with bathtub, sauna and toilet
- The door opens inwards.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of/behind the door 175 cm x 110 cm;
in front of the toilet 100 cm x 160 cm;
in front of the washbasin 120 cm x 130 cm;
no manoeuvring space on the right and left. - There are no grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet.
- The sink has limited access.
- The mirror is not visible while sitting.
- The tub has an entry height of 58 cm. There are no handholds available.
- An alarm trigger (cord, button) is not available.
Bathroom with bathtub and sauna
- The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
- The bathroom door is 70 cm wide and opens inwards.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of/behind the door at least 126 cm x 140 cm;
in front of the toilet 85 cm x 140 cm;
in front of the washbasin 118 cm x 126 cm;
no manoeuvring space on the right and left. - There are no grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet.
- The sink has limited access.
- The mirror is not visible while sitting.
- The shower is not infinitely variable (treshold of 4 cm).
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 87 cm x 96 cm.
- No shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
- There are no grab rails available in the shower.
- An alarm trigger (cord, button) is not available.
