The youth hostel Lenggries offers everything your heart desires for a few relaxing days: 88 beds distributed in two-, four- and six-bed rooms, some of which are equipped with their own shower and toilet.

The youth hostel with lodge character is surrounded by a large recreational area. It is located on the northwestern outskirts of Lenggries below the Denkalm (about 40 minutes walk). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center. The house is an ideal starting point for all summer and winter sports. 

And for those who want to take it a little easier, the youth hostel is the perfect place to relax in the leisure rooms, the cozy lounge, the sun terrace or in the reading corner.

  • There is a parking lot, but no parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Tölzer Straße bus stop is 700 meters away.
  • The main entrance and side entrance to the youth hostel are only accessible via stairs.
  • The rooms and facilities available to guests are not accessible without steps/at ground level.
  • Some doors and passageways are less than 70 cm wide.
  • There are no barrier-free rooms (small movement areas, no grab rails, etc.).
  • The bathrooms are not barrier-free.
  • The dining room has tables that are max. 80 cm high and can be accessed from a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.

  • There is no clearly optically perceptible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • There is a technical possibility for deaf people to communicate with the service staff (WiFi).
  • In the dining rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact. There are no seating areas with low background noises.
  • There is no free electrical outlet near the bed.
  • Ringing or knocking on the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal.
