  • There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities.
  • Tram stops and the Naturkundemuseum subway station are located approximately 100 meters away.
  • All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
  • The gradient is not greater than 6%.
  • All doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 116 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available. 
  • There are 12 barrier-free rooms (with room numbers ending in 01 and 02).
  • The toilet in these rooms is accessible from the right or left (minimum 90 cm). 
  • A flip-up grab bar is available at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The sink has limited access, and the mirror is visible while seated.
  • Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are available.
  • The breakfast room and bistro feature tables that are a maximum of 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible, with a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • A public restroom for people with disabilities is available, which is accessible from at least one side (minimum 80 cm). A flip-up grab bar is provided on the accessible side of the toilet.

  • In the case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is a visually perceptible flashing light or flashing signal in the garage, the restaurant and the rooms.
  • An outgoing emergency in the elevator is confirmed audibly, but not visibly.
  • There is no audio induction loop in the reception and conference area.
  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed. 
  • WiFi is offered.
  • In the restaurant and bistro there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact .

  • Stair treads do not have high-contrast edges. Handrails are available on both sides in the stairwell.
